We live in an age where people want things to be done effortlessly. You may be able to connect with the world with a click of a button. You may be able to travel thousands of mile in a few hours. But when it comes to developing our selves it’s not something that can be done without effort or some attention. We aren’t machines that can be programs and things super fast. We are human beings, therefore to have a healthy mental setup it’s not going to be as easy as simply watch a video for a certain amount of time a day.

See, we seek attention all the time from the world, we see approval from everyone around us. It’s like we go around and looking for certificates from other people and we use these certificates to make a castle for ourselves. This castle is our self image…but when one person pulls their certificate out for just a minute the whole castle falls down, or our whole self image seems to be destroy, then we start looking for peoples approvals and we will be in a sort of a "depression" where we simply want peoples attention or approval. the definition of self confidence is this "assurance: freedom from doubt; belief in yourself and your abilities". I believe no external source can help you have this except yourself, you need to put in effort the create confidence. Other sources like friends, family, or the internet can only tell you to have confidence, but you can only sit and decide to have confidence.

Meditation is the best answer! We never sit with ourselves, we give appointment to other’s but we don’t give appointment to ourselves. Meditation is not concentration it’s more of an awareness process, where we sit with ourselves and educate ourselves about why we confidence…why we need to feel hurt and love. The awesome thing about meditation is that as you practice it you can reduce the amount of time you practice it because it will start having a permanent effect on you. But with medication or any external treatment you will have to keep increasing your dosage or the amount of time you send with the videos.

After I’m done with self hypnosis with positive affirmation how can I remember those affirmations I mean I do hypnosis then during the day those subconcipuse affirmations dont come up naturally I need them automatically?

the purpose of hypnosis is to implant suggestions subconsciously, and there may be no conscious thoughts; much like muscle memory: if we had to think through every muscle movement needed to throw a ball, we would not be proficient

however, conscious repitition of those affirmirations helps to cement them in our thought processes; the more they are repeated the more neurological connections there are, which is the basis of thought and behavior

It works by feeding positive messages directly into the unconscious mind.

Hypnosis can be very powerful; there are numerous documented cases of people undergoing operations without anaesthetic, because they’ve used hypnosis instead.

Contrary to popular opinion, you don’t lose control when in a hypnotic state; you’ll just feel very relaxed.

Find a good and experienced practitioner; don’t be afraid to ask them directly where they trained, and how long they’ve been practising for.

I am loooking to hypnosis to cure this does it work is it a good idea.

Quite possibly, depending on how suggestible you are; see below:
Stuttering/stammering: Consult a speech therapist, soon. One speech therapist advises that slowing your speech is not the solution, but, for those who can’t access therapy: Try deliberately slowing your speech. You could try several different talking speeds: 85%, 90%, 95%, and 100% Consider your current rate of speech as being 105%; a rate at which you stutter frequently. Go back to 85%, then slowly increase, in stages, until you begin to stutter noticeably: then go back to 85%, and work your way up to the rate before you began stuttering at a rate that you find unacceptable. Keep at that rate, for a good while, maybe later, risking stepping it up one more notch; confident that you can always work your way back up from 85% again.

Think of it in terms of modem speeds on your computer: if that speed is set too high for the connection to the ISP, there will be problems. You may well be currently "overclocking" your speech modem: the difference between your brain speed, and the rate at which you are able to speak clearly and distinctly, without stuttering markedly, is the issue. Stammering may be a symptom of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) which can be diagnosed and treated by a clinical psychologist, or psychiatrist. In the mean time, I have heard that if you start to breath out just before you begin vibrating your vocal cords to make sound, that establishes momentum that helps reduce stammering. hi i’m a guy with very low confidence and its killing my life. do u people know of a good site ? with hypnosis that really works, i’m sick of using bullshit and wasting time and money on scammers

..Having self confidence/esteem is not something you can buy, be it through hypnosis or anything else..The price of feeling good about ones self is absolutely free which certainly cannot be bought or sold..It is something each of us has to willingly and freely work towards and earn by taking positive action, doing certain things that will ultimately make us feel good within ourselves, and in turn will raise our self esteem/confidence..I would first suggest you look within and find the reasons that you have little to no esteem/confidence..ie..Do you feel this way because others have put you down as you were growing up, or are you just a shy or withdrawn person? Only you can answer these questions personally & privately within yourself, and find the real sources why you do not have this..One cannot heal what one cannot feel, and if reasons are there, then this must be dealt with first and foremost…Then you must begin to work towards a solution for yourself….Doing certain things that will make you feel confident and secure within yourself is always the best place to begin..ie..Helping others is one of the most important and healthiest ways to raise our esteem, when it is done humbly of course, and not for selfish gain or recognition..Most people begin to learn self esteem and confidence as they were growing up..Our parents first would have/should have mirrored to us how we feel about our self and from these seeds of nurturing our confidence & esteem would have grown..Being put down, called names, or told we would basically amount to nothing, certainly would deplete any esteem or confidence we may have had..The important thing to always remember is that you are just as important, just as valued, and certainly have something to offer, just as any other person on this planet does; that you absolutely do have a purpose in life, and the same rights & freedoms as anyone else does..But, it is you that first has to believe this, and believe in yourself, that you can do anything that your mind would conceive of doing..Confidence comes many times through repetition, doing the same things over and over that you feel good about, as in volunteer work, helping out your community in some way, taking a course you would like, having a hobby you enjoy and possibly can share with others, joining a group where you would have similar likes and dislikes, and so many other activities that are out there today…Each will have a direct and positive impact on your esteem, which in turn will raise your confidence in yourself..Taking positive action will insure you positive uplifting feelings about yourself…You could also read some books on esteem/confidence and see how many others have taken action..Over time we gradually mature into having dignity & integrity which we will have earned and can be proud of..One cannot sit back, do nothing, and expect to feel very good about their self, unless one is arrogant, selfish and/or narcissistic in some way, which will always reap a negative impact on how we feel about our self….We will only get out of life what we put into it..Invest in yourself emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually, and I am very sure you will reap the rewards of a raised confidence and esteem about yourself…Take care..
