I’ve tried everything and I must quit for my on good

I was a smoker for 20 years and I quit it cold turkey without any patch or med. 5 years ago. Just remember they have made these more addictive ever because they have less younger users (they cannot target the ads on youth anymore)

Here are some facts:
1. smoking does cause health issue to you and people surrounding you.
2. smoking cost you money. a pack a day $6 x 365 = $2190.00
3. smoking cost you time. It will take you 5~8 min. to smoke a cigarette. Lets use 6 min. each, meaning 120min (2 hours) was wasted if you have to smoke outdoor. (not including the time you have to walk outside, etc. etc. If each day each person has 24 hours – 8 hours sleeping = 16 hours.
While everyone has 16 hours, you have only 14 hours. 2/16 = 1/8 the actual time was wasted.
If everyone have 12 months, you have about 10 months and 20 days.
4. smoking cost you relationship. Normal people don’t like to hang around with smokers especially when they have babies and young children.
5. smoking occasionally does cause accidental fire if you are not careful.
6. smoking makes your possessions worth less.
7. smoking depreciates more on your real estate.

Remember this; while you’re loosing thousands, these companies are making money from you.

Have you or anyone you’ve ever known quit using this method, or is it a hoax?

It didn’t work for me, but a few people I know said it worked for them.

I think it works if you are really ready and want it to work. Nothing is going to brainwash you into not wanting a cigarette.

nope , not from houston area.. i smoked for over 30 years and quit 2 years ago. went to free stop smoking classes, it was hard, but i did it. drinking coffee with sugar in it help some. also had the gum also.. it can be done, and keep thinking of all the money your not spending.. i love it..

Did it work?

I tried it. It did not work for me, but I have heard other say it worked for them. I have tried many times, and many ways, to quit smoking.

My husband and I both quit with the help of our doctor. He told us about a new medicine called CHANTIX. It was THE solution for us.
